Taranaki 3DM Learning Community 2018

The purpose of a Learning Community is to support and resource you as leaders and your church/organisation on the journey of missional discipleship as you go to the places God is calling you in your community.

Each gathering has a different theme and is created to allow you and your team to engage with the word, works, and way of Jesus, while discovering the core principles of missional discipleship. Each gathering provides specific teaching and practical tools, alongside opportunities for you and your team to connect, share experiences and learn from other passionate teams in your region, Unlike traditional conferences it also includes spaces to reflect, discuss, plan and decide how to implement in your context what has been learned.

During this gathering, we focus on learning from Jesus’ process and methodology for making disciples. Discipleship is the “operating system”, the foundation, the engine that makes everything else work and is therefore foundational to the future work you will do in multiplying leaders, mobilising mission, and cultivating a movement.

One of the core differences is this journey is it is designed to be walked in teams. We know from experience that the ability to change the culture of your church or organisation requires more than one passionate and committed leader. It takes a group who commit together to become living examples of the change they want to see in the world. Optimal results occur when you can bring a team of around six people, but we also have provision for smaller teams (one to three) if required.

The team fees for the first immersion/6 months of coaching are:

Team of 1-3 people
1 in a fortnightly coaching huddle
Two 3-day immersion experiences twice a year, including catering

$1,395.00 per team per immersion and 6 month's coaching

(For every additional person it’s an extra $300 per immersion)
